• Your order will be shipped out the next business day after you place your order. Normally we ship via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail.
• Wholesale orders are mostly delivered via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery service. Express shipping options (Next Day Service and 2nd Day Service) are also available at checkout section.
• Ground service deliveries usually take around 3-5 business days in the USA after shipping.
• For retail orders in the USA over $100.00 value Ground shipping is Free of Charge.
• All the Packages are dispatched from Atlanta, GA.

Expedited Shipping

• Express Shipping rates will be shown at the checkout section; our FedEx integrated system will be calculating the rates depending on the weight of the package, shipping address and desired shipping service.
• Your order will be shipped out the next business day after you place your order. Express deliveries are based on business days Monday through Friday . If you need a Saturday delivery, please give us a call.
• All the Packages are dispatched from Atlanta, GA.

  International Orders

• For International orders there will be a shipping charge regardless of order value.
• Shipping rates will be shown at the checkout section; our automated system will be calculating the rates depending on the weight of the package and desired shipping service
• We do ship retail orders via USPS First Class International Service, which takes 10 to 15 business days or USPS Global Priority Service, which takes 6 to 10 business days.
•  USPS Global Express Mail Service. Deliveries usually take around 3 to 5 business days.
• There may be some delays due to Customs of the country we shipped with a shipping methods. 

• To return a product you should first fill out the return form, Click here for RETURN FORM
• The merchandise should be returned within fifteen (15) days of the date it was received, in original condition with the label,we must be able to resell the item being returned. *DVDs and CD's may not be returned once opened.
• If the merchandise is defective or mistaken we will exchange it or issue a full refund according to your choice, we will also cover your shipping charges (ground service only) for returning the package.
• If there is nothing wrong with the product (wrong color, design, defect etc.) we will not issue a refund for shipping charges and there will be a restocking fee.

• Refunds will be processed in the same form as the original payment type.
• We recommend insuring the package as you are responsible for it until we receive it.
• We do not accept any returns on MADE-TO-ORDER Professional Costumes so please be very careful about providing correct measurements.
