This outfit can be worn for either regular workouts or bellydancing. The website says one size fits all, the pants fitted me well. Wasn't too tight for me I felt comfortable moving around in it. The bra-top wore alright, I have D-sized breasts so there was times when the top would kind of ride down and need to be pulled up. But overall the product is good.
